The Department Assembly or the Curriculum Committee, on the recommendation of the Programme's Coordinating Committee, may decide to remove postgraduate students from the register if they:

• Exceed the maximum number of absences
• Have failed the examination of one or more courses and have not successfully completed the programme
• Exceed the maximum duration of study in the Programme
• Have breached the applicable provisions regarding disciplinary offences, as determined by the competent disciplinary bodies
• Do not pay the required tuition fees
• Apply for removal themselves
